By placing an order, you agree to the following Shipping Policy. All orders are shipped from Japan.

1. Shipping Fees

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed in approximately 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • International: (Economy) 6–23 days after shipment / (Standard) 3–15 days after shipment
  • Japan: 1–5 days after shipment

Disclaimer: All processing and delivery times are estimates only. The store is not responsible for any delays, including but not limited to weather, customs inspections, transportation issues, or carrier-related problems. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or compensation.

Depending on the delivery destination, a different shipping method may be used. In some countries or regions, the parcel may be handed over to a local courier.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. No customs duties apply to domestic Japan deliveries. Our store is not responsible for customs delays or related charges.

5. Disposal or Return Due to Address Issues, Refusal, Non-Receipt, or Unpaid Duties

If the parcel is disposed of, seized, or returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities due to address issues, refusal, non-receipt, or unpaid duties, no refund will be issued.

6. Disclaimer for Delivery Delays

We cannot provide refunds, compensation, or reshipments for delays caused by the following factors that are beyond our control:

  • Customs holds or inspections
  • Carrier delays (air or sea)
  • Local courier delays
  • Weather, political unrest, or strikes
  • Return due to missed delivery deadlines
  • Confiscation or disposal (non-refundable)

7. Customs Inspection Disclaimer

International shipments may be opened, inspected, or repacked by customs authorities. The following are not eligible for refund or compensation:

  • Damage to outer packaging
  • Resealed packaging
  • Internal disorder, damage, or contamination
  • Customs delays
  • Inspection fees or additional taxes
  • Confiscation or disposal

8. Restricted Regions & Order Acceptance Policy

We do not ship to the following areas:

  • War or conflict zones
  • Sanctioned countries
  • Areas unsupported by carriers
  • Regions with strict import bans
  • Areas deemed high-risk by our store

Due to changing circumstances, shipping to certain regions may become unavailable without prior notice. In such cases, even if payment has already been completed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment, even for regions normally eligible for delivery, if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The customer has previously refused delivery or had a parcel returned due to non-receipt, even once. (Note: Returns voluntarily initiated by the customer are not included.)
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment or ordering systems.
  • The order contains items prohibited for import in the destination country or region.
  • We determine that the shipping risk is unacceptably high.

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued for any completed payment. Refund timing depends on the payment processor.

9. Damage During Transit

We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring after the parcel has been handed to the carrier, unless caused by our own negligence. Minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging are not eligible for return.
