Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must all be met:
- The item (including its packaging) is in the same condition as when received
- The item is unworn and unused
- All original tags are attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided
To initiate a return, you must contact us at e-mail or contact form before sending the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
2. Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, the costs outlined in Section 3 are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving defective items. Please arrange the return shipment at your own expense.
3. Costs Incurred by the Customer
If your return is approved, the following costs will be borne by the customer:
- Return shipping fees
- Original outbound shipping cost paid by the store
- Customs duties, import taxes, and export taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Additional carrier charges (e.g., storage fees, return handling fees)
Please note that in many countries, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Shipping costs, duties, and clearance fees may apply to both the outbound and return shipments.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
To verify the issue, we require photos or videos clearly showing the problem. Without sufficient evidence, we may be unable to process a return, refund, or replacement. Once we have reviewed the materials provided, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Requests submitted after 30 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for support.
5. Refusal of Delivery, Non-Receipt & Unpaid Duties
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Package returned or disposed of due to extended absence
- Package returned or disposed of due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Certain hygiene-related products (beauty products, items that come into contact with skin, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and may take several days to a few weeks to reflect.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact form.
