All orders are shipped from Japan with a tracking number. We are happy to offer two shipping options:

Economy Shipping: FREE (Japan Post)
Standard Shipping: Upgrade available (FedEx / DHL / UPS / EMS)

Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Every item is carefully wrapped, and we take great pride in ensuring our traditional crafts arrive safely at your door.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. (Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.) For details, please see our Refund Policy.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot control delays due to customs.
For US buyers, import fees are included in item price. You won't have to pay anything after checkout.
